This prospective study evaluated the non-diffractive, wavefront-shaping EDOF IOL (AcrySof IQ Vivity) in 52 eyes of 26 patients with mild open-angle glaucoma. At 4 months, mean binocular uncorrected distance visual acuity was 0.03 ± 0.12 LogMAR and mesopic contrast sensitivity was 1.78 ± 0.17, with 85% of patients reporting they would choose the same lens. The findings suggest this IOL can be safely used in mild glaucoma, providing favorable visual outcomes and patient satisfaction without significant contrast sensitivity loss.
