This cross-sectional survey of forcibly displaced Myanmar nationals (Rohingya) relocated to Bhasan Char camp, Bangladesh, found high rates of malnutrition among under-5 children and adolescent girls. Nearly one-third of under-5 children were stunted, 27% were underweight, and 12% were wasted; among adolescent girls, 17% had thinness and 43% were stunted. Diets were predominantly carbohydrate-based and poorly diversified, with only 25% of children and a mean of 3.1 out of 9 food groups for adolescents, highlighting an urgent need for nutrition-specific interventions in this relocated population.
