This systematic review of nine frailty training programs for healthcare professionals found that all programs improved frailty knowledge and self-perceived competence, though most assessed perceived efficacy rather than objective patient outcomes. Common features of successful programs included multidisciplinary participation, clinically tailored content, and flexible teaching modalities. The findings support that frailty training is feasible and well-received, but highlight a need for standardized curricula that include frailty management strategies and longitudinal evaluation of patient-level outcomes.
