This case report describes a novel endoscopic technique for retrieving ingested rare earth magnets from a child's stomach when food debris obscures visualization. A single magnet from the same toy was secured in a Roth net and reintroduced endoscopically; its magnetic attraction successfully pulled the buried ring of 8 magnets out of the food bolus, allowing all 9 magnets to be recovered without complications. The technique offers a practical solution for urgent magnet removal in non-fasted pediatric patients, reducing the risk of severe gastrointestinal injury.
