This case report describes a 17-year-old female with pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis (POMS) and Crohn's disease who was successfully treated with a combination of ocrelizumab and ustekinumab after natalizumab monotherapy failed to control her IBD. The patient remained clinically stable for MS and achieved clinical remission for Crohn's disease over 18 months of combination therapy without significant side effects. This is the first reported case of successful comanagement of POMS and IBD using this biologic combination in a JC-virus positive adolescent.
