This study investigated the protective effects of dietary ginger and ginger nanoparticles against glyphosate-induced toxicity in Nile tilapia. Fish exposed to glyphosate (0.6 mg/L) showed significant liver and kidney dysfunction, oxidative stress, and immunosuppression, while dietary ginger supplementation (2.5 g/kg) partially reversed these effects. Ginger nanoparticles were superior to standard ginger, restoring most biomarkers to levels comparable to unexposed controls, suggesting a practical dietary strategy to mitigate herbicide toxicity in aquaculture.
