This feasibility study tested a 10-week home-based cooking intervention using a smartphone app in 18 Swiss families with children aged 7–9 years. No meaningful differences in intake of Brussels sprouts or whole-meal pasta were found between children who cooked with minimal parental support and those who did not cook, though more children in the cooking group reported positive liking of whole-meal pasta after the intervention. The study demonstrates that a digital home cooking intervention is feasible but requires larger samples to assess effectiveness.
