This population-based study analyzed 57,375 pregnancies over 8 years after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Fukushima nuclear accident. There was no significant increasing trend in preterm birth, low birth weight, or congenital anomalies across all six districts of Fukushima Prefecture. The disaster was associated with increased cesarean section rates but did not cause significant adverse effects on the obstetrics outcomes studied.
