This cross-sectional questionnaire study used PLS-SEM to test an extended Theory of Planned Behaviour model predicting consumers' intentions to buy and recommend nutrition-labelled menu (NLM) items in quick service restaurants, comparing Saudi Arabian (KSA) and UK consumers. Attitude and health consciousness predicted buying intentions in both countries, but subjective norms were significant only in KSA while perceived behavioural control was significant only in the UK, highlighting culture's role in shaping NLM purchasing intentions. The study relied on self-reported cross-sectional data and measured intentions rather than actual purchasing behaviour.
