This cross-sectional study of 203 adults at risk for type 2 diabetes found that the association between dietary intake (e.g., vegetables) and glucose tolerance differs depending on an individual's metabolic grouping (metabotype), suggesting metabotyping could help tailor dietary advice for precision nutrition.
