This cross-sectional national epidemiological study of Greek pre-adolescents identified distinct clusters of physical activity and sedentary behavior and found that parental expectations as a stressor were significantly associated with children's activity-related behaviors, while overall self-reported stress was not significantly associated with activity clusters.
