A longitudinal cohort of 593 French adults completed four questionnaires spaced one month apart during and after the first COVID-19 lockdown in France, and cluster analysis identified three distinct patterns of behavioral change with differing weight trajectories. The mean weight gain after one month of lockdown was 0.56 kg, with changes in eating behaviors and body weight not being significant once restrictions were lifted.
