This narrative review synthesizes previous studies examining the high tuberculosis burden in the Saharia tribal population of India, identifying malnutrition, substance abuse, poor health infrastructure, low education, and inadequate sanitation as interconnected risk factors. The review calls for intersectoral coordination using a Health in All Policies framework to address these determinants and reduce TB in this vulnerable group.
