This systematic review and meta-analysis pooled data from 25 studies to estimate the prevalence of urinary incontinence among women in Sub-Saharan Africa. The study found a pooled prevalence of 21%, with parity, constipation, overweight/obesity, vaginal delivery, chronic cough, gestational age, and age identified as significant associated factors.
