This retrospective cohort study of 28 female collegiate ballet dancers assessed their risk for the Female Athlete Triad using the Cumulative Risk Assessment tool and evaluated their nutritional profiles. The main finding was that a majority of dancers (82.1%) were categorized as Provisional Clearance for Triad risk, with widespread deficiencies in key nutrients like vitamin D, calcium, protein, and carbohydrates. A key limitation is the retrospective design, which could not control for all variables of dance schedules and missed data during performances.
