Using data from the 2019 Pakistan Maternal Mortality Survey, this cross-sectional study applied binary logistic regression to examine sociodemographic factors associated with ideal antenatal care (IANC) and skilled birth attendance (SBA) utilization. Wealth was the strongest predictor of both outcomes, with women in the highest quintile having over 11-fold higher odds of IANC use and over 4-fold higher odds of SBA use compared to the lowest quintile.
