This cross-sectional study of 539 pregnant women at 34 weeks gestation found that overall prevalence of pregnancy-specific urinary incontinence was 70.87% with no difference between glycemic/obesity groups, but the hyperglycemic obese group had significantly higher odds of severe and very severe forms with greater perceived impact on daily life.
