Results showed that in the high FODMAP group, individuals in the highest tertile had significantly higher systolic blood pressure compared to the lowest tertile in crude and age/sex-adjusted models. Additionally, higher serum insulin, HOMA-IR, and lower QUICKI were observed in the second tertile of the high FODMAP group. In the moderate FODMAP group, higher tertiles were associated with lower waist-to-hip ratio and higher fat-free mass.
