In this in vitro study, isorhamnetin (5–150 μM) was applied to HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cells for 24 h or 48 h to assess viability, superoxide production, and IL-8 biosynthesis. Isorhamnetin demonstrated dose- and time-dependent antiproliferative effects, increased superoxide generation, and reduced IL-8 production under inflammatory conditions.
