In a prospective cohort of 18,714 French adults followed over a median of 8.05 years, person-centered cardiovascular health metrics showed high concordance with gold-standard measured metrics (weighted coefficient 0.87) and both were inversely associated with incident cardiovascular disease, though person-centered metrics yielded a stronger per-metric risk reduction estimate.
