This cross-sectional study of 618 cashiers in Northwestern Ethiopia found a high prevalence (75.4%) of work-related musculoskeletal disorders over the past 12 months. Significant associated factors included being married, lack of physical exercise, alcohol consumption, and awkward work posture.
