This cross-sectional survey of 207 pregnant Korean women aged 35 or older found that higher maternal-fetal attachment and stress from the social atmosphere were associated with more health-promoting behaviors, while artificial conception was linked to fewer health-impairing behaviors, but multiparity and maternal role stress were linked to more.
