This qualitative study used interviews with 42 family caregivers to assess perceptions of the Care Companion Program, an in-hospital neonatal education intervention in India. The study found the program was positively perceived and increased knowledge for some behaviors like skin-to-skin care, but its influence was inconsistent for behaviors with strong cultural norms.
