Using nationally representative 2014 Kenya Demographic and Health Survey data, this cross-sectional study estimated the prevalence of nonfatal unintentional non-traffic injuries among persons aged 15–54 years. Injury prevalence was three times higher among males (27.56%) than females (8.25%), with cuts and falls being the most common injury types for both sexes.
