This paper reflects on a student pharmacist-led service-learning project called "Healthy Ramadan" aimed at providing health education to a Muslim community. The authors report that despite good intentions and receiving a national award, the project's actual impact was limited, with only 24 adult participants completing pre- and post-surveys, and they argue that more meaningful community engagement is needed for sustainable impact.
