This cross-sectional survey of 300 residents in a Kenyan RVF hotspot found that while most had heard of the disease, only 9.6% had adequate knowledge about its transmission, clinical signs, and prevention. Despite this knowledge deficit, a positive attitude towards the disease threat was widespread.
